I wanna buy a CPU i wanna play Valkyrie profile 2 in pcsx2 so which one i should buy is AMD phenom ii X3 8600+ is perfect? or X4?

It's not the extra cores you need but the extra Mhz and extra efficiency. If you go AMD both efficiency and CPU instructions are limited regardless of model...if you must get an AMD get a triple core that can overclock well and overclock it.

No, you'll need either an Asus or a Gigabyte mobo which are known to be good for overclocking. I guess there are more brands which can do well in overclocking, just look for models that offer OC features.

Asus is the best Motherboard. Go for it ONLY Laugh

Valkyrie profile 2 runs full speed on my intel i7 860. (good price)
