Suggestions Please

Im running an Intel{R} Celeron{R} 2.66Ghz 512MB RAM on a
NVIDIA GeForce 7300 SE/7200 GS Video Card

(Gigabyte GA-945GZM-S2 Motherboard)

Can anyone please give me suggestions as to the configuration that will optimize my gameplay and or suggestions on how to upgrade my machine to get better gameplay. (im on a low budget though T.T)

Mainly Going For FFX and MGS2

Your PC is way too week,you wont have good speed even with all hacks enabled

Yup your PC is too weak. You will need a fast C2D and a better graphic card. Though MGS2 is available in PC version and you can try that.
