Tried all of them individually and pairs. No change. Trying to just play the game as is and I've noticed that my frame rate has dropped to half what it was. (50-59) now at 28-29

are we currently talking about the shadows or the minigame.

For shadows why not using skipdraw? It was designed for that. Just the value seems to be quite high. Cant you use a smaller value? Is the shadow only disappearing on that value?

For the minigame I would play with core settings as rounding and clamping modes. Just go to fancier modes than default. Maybe you can even use the supervu recompiler. You can try if skipdraw is creating that error but I would guess it's not. (Or you are really removing all drawn layers except for the background)

Currently on shadow issue. Issue with mini games was the widescreen or Fmv fix. As for skip draw have used setting 0 through 15. 15 being the best
