Hi All,
Feeling nostalgic lately and decided to pick up Suiko 4 and would appreciate it if someone can confirm whether what i am doing below is correct to get the cheats working

1. PCSX 2 v 1.2.1
2. Dled Multi converter v2.1
3. Copy codes from below
http://cheats.codetwink.com/ps2/view/1368

4. Convert it as per pic
5. Enable Cheats option ON

Attached is the pnach file, i can't get it to work though. TQ

Those are Codebreaker codes, you have to convert them to RAW first.

The [Max Potch After Battle] code you got for example (2A332954 00000000) becomes in RAW: 202BC788 00000000
AMD Ryzen 5 3600 @ 3.60~4.20 GHz | Corsair Vengeance LPX 32 GB (2x16GB) DDR4-3200
MSI GeForce GTX 1660 Super @ 6 GB | Samsung 980 1TB | Windows 10 Pro x64 (22H2)

Thank you, but how can you tell whether it's RAW or not? Also, how do convert it to RAW codes? Is it by using Omniconverter? Thanks again

A PS2/PCSX2 has 32mb memory range, so that's 1FFFFFF. The address value can't exceed that. (Which is usually a good way to tell whether you're dealing with CB codes too when they look similar to RAW codes).

Codes usually look like this:

RAW Code Method 1:
00000000 000000FF

RAW Code Method 2:
10000000 0000FFFF

RAW Code Method 3:
20000000 FFFFFFFF

RAW Code Method 4 (Condensed Codes):
Example Code:
00000000 000000FF
00000001 000000FF
00000002 000000FF
00000003 000000FF
00000004 000000FF
00000005 000000FF
00000006 000000FF
00000007 000000FF
00000008 000000FF
00000009 000000FF
0000000A 000000FF
0000000B 000000FF
0000000C 000000FF
0000000D 000000FF
0000000E 000000FF
0000000F 000000FF

If you see a code like that, it could be condensed too, they usually look like this then instead:
20000000 FFFFFFFF
20000004 FFFFFFFF
20000008 FFFFFFFF
2000000C FFFFFFFF

RAW codes can start with 4 too, this is another form of a condensed code.

RAW Code Method 5:
If the value of xx item on address 1 is equal to 1, it will be changed to 99 in-game.
D0000001 00000001
00000001 00000063

Codebreaker:
432432AC 94324921 or 2ABCD111 000000FF

When you're converting codes, sometimes CB Codes look similar to RAW codes.
In this case the CB code starts with a 2, but look at the range.. it exceeds 1FFFFFF, this is a good indicator that it's either a bad code, or simply not converted properly.
(In your case, your code started with 2A332954 and was a CB code)

AR-MAX:
XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX
XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX

Variant of letters and numbers.

This might be confusing at first, but once you've converted a bunch of these you'll know the differences easily and right away.
AMD Ryzen 5 3600 @ 3.60~4.20 GHz | Corsair Vengeance LPX 32 GB (2x16GB) DDR4-3200
MSI GeForce GTX 1660 Super @ 6 GB | Samsung 980 1TB | Windows 10 Pro x64 (22H2)

Sorry but how do convert it to RAW codes? Is it by using Omniconverter? Thanks again

Yes, you can use Omniconverter to convert codes.
Just set Input to whatever code type it is that you're converting (see my explanation above), and output to RAW. (Unencrypted standard).
