The system idle process, process id 0, is 80%.

But I wouldn't be surprised if my PC is infected.

System idle process is meant to be high so thats fine but just in case Here are some handy tools you may want to use to clean up house . Speeded up my pc when it was slow so should fix yours up too

and im installing malwarebytes atm

Currently the cpu is being used up by PCSX2 cause I'm playing Half Life, the version with the co-op campaign "Decay"
