This game is hard to play even when the difficult level is set to lowest. Is it because of game emulation ?
Because it's fine when playing on console but my console already retiried. How to solve this issue ? Thanks.

train hard, be better...
emulation won't naturally increase ingame difficulty...

If you want to, use save states during a round where you can undo mistakes easily. It's a memory dump that you can reload later on.

It's no fun playing SSF2 with save states, I only use save states for RPG games.
