Switch from USBqemu to Nuvee

Hi everyone. I have a idea for the upcoming 1.6 version, USBqemu don't work well on PCSX2 with recent version.

Maybe, it would be nice to change it with Nuvee which is overall better and compatible with TopGun 3.
