Sys Reg. for Xenosaga
#1
First things first, hi! This is my first post. Secondly, yes I did read the "Read first" post about how the emulator will run on my PC. However after that, I'm still looking for a direct comparison for a specific game, and tbh I didn't see my stats listed, sorry if they are.

I really want to play through all 3 of the Xenosaga games. I understand it's a pretty demanding game, and my PC is pretty average. These are my specs:

Processor- AMD A-10-5700 APU with Radeon HD Graphics @ 3.40ghz
Video Card- AMD Radeon HD 7660D
RAM- 11.2gb useable (12gb)
Windows 8, 64 bit

Is anyone able to let me know if I would be able to run it well, and not just a guess? Perhaps from experience?

Thanks!

Do you know of anyone who knows this for sure? I don't want to go through the downloads and to install the emulator if it'll result in failure.

No, not even on native resolution.

Xenosaga is one of the most demanding games for both CPU and GPU.

My FX 6300 at 4.12ghz and HD 7870 still had some slowdown. Your experience on that hardware will be unplayable, I'm afraid.

Daaaaaaaaaaaaaaamn it! Well, thanks! You saved me a lot of time. It's a shame. I remember playing it ages and ages ago when I was really young. I want to try it again.

Used PS2 are really cheap. Like $25-30 around here.

That APU should be fast enough for some less demanding games though.
