THAW and THPS4 input bug

Hello so I been trying to play tony hawk American wasteland and tony hawk pro skater 4 on the emulator and whenever I’m in the menu I click up or down it skips a menu option so I can’t click certain things in menus I can’t even save my game cause the input bug. These are the only games this happens to. Anyone know why this happens?

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.
