THPS3 Stutter at full FPS.

Sorry to jump on your thread but what settings are you using to even get it to run ;(

Though this time i used SSE 4.1 which has no effect in SW or HW modes.

It might be accurate emulation of the game though because it may drop frames in the actual PS2 hardware.

I just left PCSX2 at default.
