THUG 1 Sudden Framedrops

Thumbs Down
Hello, I've had this problem for a while and would like some help. I've tried the subreddit but barely got any help from them. The problem I'm having is inTony Hawks Underground, I've been getting slowdowns and stuttering when that wasn't the case. I've beaten the game on all 3 difficulties and even found all the gaps, but one day when I turned on my PC my game started to run really slow. It's only THUG and have no issues with the other games I have. I'm on the latest DEV build

This is my PC Specs:  http://imgur.com/mSqDX6x

And an example of the issue :  https://youtu.be/BwSqt8NcWZ8

When I recorded that clip, I was on 1.4.0. Now I'm on 1.5.0 and it isn't that bad, but when airing or even music switching I randomly drop to 60% speed before going to 102% speed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry about that, here's my actual specs and my GSdx settings.

The PCSX2 settings are default. I haven't messed with them

Did the game ever worked fine.
Just to be sure(since your intergrated gpu is also enabled),try choosing your AMD gpu from Adapter in GSdx,hit ok and run the game(I am not sure if restart is needed)

Also what HW hacks do you have enabled(you are not using some crazy msaa x16 right)

The game worked perfectly. Not a single hiccup or frame drop. It's was smooth. The only HW I have is skipdraw set to 8. I think I did that for Tony Hawk's American Wasteland. Choosing a new adapter sort of helped, the game doesn't lag when music plays and the framerate is a bit more consistent
