If that version of the game is still with the same status on the current pcsx2 version(In-Game)then such problems can be expected.

I don't know. The compatibility list just talks about the 0.9.6 rev, not the latest one.

The console window says In-Game and I may be wrong but the GameIndex.dbf is more often updated than the compatibility list.

How did you load the image:
1.By using the build in ISO loader
2.By using Linuzappz ISO
3.By mounting the image and use Gigahertz plugin

Try any of those method which you didn't tried yet

Well I don't know...
I go to boot CDVD (fast). Those are the basic settings (except for the speedhacks which I have turned off) and the plugin is set on "ISO".
I think it's the built in loader, but I'm not sure at all.

CDVD=>ISO is the build in ISO loader
CDVD=>Plugin is what you set in Config=>Plugins/Bios Selector=>CDVD
