TLB-version gives more FPS than the VM-version?

Guys, why PCSX2 Playground v1.0.0395 TLB-version gives more FPS (about 4-8 FPS more) with the same parameters as VM-version?
My computer has a weak performance and the difference is very noticeable.

Example: Kingdom Hearts
VM 20-24 fps
TLB 28-30 fps

Configuration
Graphics: GSDX 888(SSE2) 0.1.13
Cdvdrom: Linuz/Pg Iso CDVD 0.8.0
Sound: P.E.Op.S. SPU 1.9.0

Speed Hacks: All Enabled.
Frame Limiting: Limit
MTGS: Disabled

Kingdom hearts is one of the few games that was faster on tlb than in vm.

The point is rather moot though. Tlb has been substituted by vtlb, and soon vm will be removed , so you will only have ONE version XD
