TMNT bug?

I'm playing the PAL version of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles emulator version r1888 GSDX 1873 Hardware. When you start the game in the menu is freezer with an image of the city but not showing the option to starting game. In the compatibility list given as the game playable.
Amd Phenom II x3 2.8 overc. 3.0 GHz, 4 gb ddr2 667, Geforce 9600 GT 1 Gb DDr3, Windows Seven 64 bits

Which one of the 3? 1 was tested with 0.9.2 so it could be broken since then.

Probably the same game is buggy.

Using the Software GSDX can go through the menu but it's time to play back with the hardware but the life bar of the character is behind the image. Placing the software resolves but too slow.
I think it has no solution for this problem.

The issue still remains present on v1.4. Only software rendering works. Developers, please make this game work well on hardware too. The game has amazing graphics.
