Why are you using the super VU recompiler? If you're not sure on the emulator's settings, just use a preset on the lower-left of the dialog screen. Select safe, and try again.

Ensure you're performance profile in both your GPU control panel, and windows, is set to high performance. You could also create an NVidia profile for PCSX2.

why did you set vu cycle stealing so high ?
you know it can have a negative effect on FPS, right ?
