Tales of the Abyss -Slow dvd access?

Well, in the game fixes section i see this but it says its not needed at this time and wont let me check it off. Does that mean its not complete yet or it really doesn't have a necessary function.

Don't worry if its still ticked (did you have it enabled in earlier betas?).
The code it triggered has been commented out as its not needed anymore.
This could change again sometime, so thats why the entry is still there.
It doesn't do anything though

you might want to delete your pcsx2.ini, located in the ini folder.
this'll reset pcsx2 to defaults, and uncheck that box.
