You have to buy a good graphic card man,
Im going to buy soon GT640 for the emluation of ps2 games,
you have to buy one otherwise your game will freez when the GS
come up to 100%, i have been there.
even now, when im runing tekken 4, on some stages,
The GS going UP to 100%, And it's not good, from what i understand.
i can play games like tekken 4 and i won't get freez.

Ashish never compare pc games with emulators, cause that's just not right. PCSX2 emulator is a nice piece of software, but it needs to have a decent machine. Atleast a Quadcore with 3 Ghz Clockspeed and every computer, laptop or desktop have a graphics card, but it looks like it's an integrated graphics card (Intel HD probably, which are terrible).

actually, MTVU hack and VU cycle stealing make this game slower on my rig.
I guess this game doesn't use a lot of VUs
maybe you should just use ee cycle rate...

Ohh, well I have a quadcore with 2.7Ghz processor, and yeah its an integrated Intel HD graphics card.
So anything that can be done on this machine ????

software mode may be better if you set extra rendering threads to 2 or 3.
but don't expect miracles since 2.7 ghz may be a bit low, and an intel HD graphics is really low.

Was that a typo with th "2.7Ghz",
and you're mistaking your i3 as a quad core because of Hyper-threading...? ;P

Intel's integrated HD...?
You can stop right there.
You shouldn't be surprised by poor performance with most any game,
and an obscure graphic issue does not surprise me, as well.

Your laptop does not have what it takes to emulate Tekken well.
Both your processor's speed and iGPU's speed would inevitably keep you from smooth gameplay.

In general, you can expect limitations with most PS2 games you try to run.
Tekken is not one of the easiest to run, either...
