The Tekken games don't play nice with VU Cycle Stealing so it's best to leave that at 0. EE cycle can be turned up to 3 without issues. I was able to get 60fps in most fights with just an a8 llano @ 2.9ghz. Some stages are more demanding than others. I recall the temple stage in TTT being really slow on most rigs.
