Tekken 5 works slowly

Hello,
I have pcsx2 0.9.73113 may 29 2010 on windows 7 x32 and I have the bios and every thing but when I play Tekken 5 the main menu and character selection menu works perfectly but when I actualy fight it starts to work REALLY slowly.

so what is going on? is my computer not good enough? here is a description of my computer from dxdiag:
CPU: Intel® Core™ i3 CPU 540 @ 3.07GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.1GHz
MEMORY: 4096MB RAM
Available OS Memory: 3324MB RAM
DirectX Version: DirectX 11

PCSX2 settings? Plugin settings? What FPS do you get currently?

use speed hack all of them use frame skipping skip and draw 10 and use native in gsdx 10\11 (hardware)

DirectX 11? If I was right, Pcsx2 doesn't support DirectX 11

it does, but theres no difference between using dx 10 & dx 11
(at least for now...)

on the main menu I get 60 FPS and also on the charecter selecting menu and at the actual fights I also get 60 FPS.

where can I find the "PCSX2 settings" infromation?

BTW: When I wrote this the game want to that replay mode when it sais "Game Over" when you don't do anything for a long time... and that also works really slowly!
