no surprise for me , its brilliant clear that the continues development of the Pcsx2 will have some inevitable side effects in some games while some others face a boost in performance , thats why i keep the older builds .

True but when I had Celeron I always noticed a boost.
Off Topic:
You won't believe it but DBZ BT3 used to run at 2FPS max in 0.9.4 however in later builds (0.9.5-r2660)I got a big boost and I used to get 24-26FPS.

and let me guess that in 0.9.6 it was faster, then in 1888 it was faster also and last in 0.9.7 (with august plagin pack) was even faster? and with less artifacts better emulated and generally better?
isnt it the common result of the pcsx2 evolution? Tongue
thats how it is for the 99,99% of games...

In my experience most games get faster with the new versions but there may be exceptions.
