Tekkken 5 issue!!!!!

my pc specs:
C2duo e7400
3gb ram
4830 radeon 512mb card

im using pcsx2 version 0.9.6 and im getting 20-35 fps in tekken 5 in xp sp2. what are the best config to run game at 60fps for my specs.
ive watched videos in youtube and i have seen that they are getting 60 fps full speed in game and have lower specs than me.

Try getting the latest beta and using the "VU cycle stealing" speed hack set to the max.

you might use gsdx latest version too, as you have an ATI GPU
