Tenchu Wrath of Heaven running slow

First post here, im new to these forums. Im trying to run the game but runs so slow, no matter what i do it runs at 29-35ish frames. This are my pc specs:
i7-6700HQ
16GB RAM
NVIDIA GTX 960M 4GB


Only when i set preset hacks to 5 or 6 i do see an improvement, 5 runs at 50ish frames, and 6 it runs at 75 frames, too fast. Nothing i do increases speed. Can anyone help? Im using the latest version of pcsx2 available on the website. Using preset config and direct x for audio because xaudio cant be found.

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

THis game requires quite a hefty PC, and while yours isn't bad, i'd say the gpu is the culrpit.
Make sure you don't go higher than 2x native res and use latest pcsx2 git

Im sorry git? i dont understand the abreviation. Ill try the native res.

Maybe running it with the nvidia will help??

git builds are dev builds
aren't you running it with the nvidia GPU ?

No im not, i know its kinda obvious but i try to run things first with the on board cpu and then running it with the nvidia,will try it now.
