Tenkaichi 3 on Phenom 940

Hi everyone i've a Phenom II X4 940 3.0ghz and an ATI 4850.
And i want to know what is the best setting for my PC.
And can i run Tenkaichi 3 fullspeed?

Fullspeed ? don't push internal res too high and give it a try, it should be ok.
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070

Menu work fine but ingame the screen flash in tenkaichi 3.
Someone can help me?

you're runnin pal version, aren't you ?

Make an ISO & convert it to NTSC OR use gsdx 0.1.5

Just do a google search for a PS2 region changer.

(edit) Tried to find you a link, it was actually a little bit harder than I thought it'd be... Most "pal to NTSC converter" searches turned up converter boxes... gross.

Use that program to convert PAL to NTSC. For offset, set it to zero (not sure if having it higher will cause any problems... but why risk losing part of your screen?) Note that any savestates you used before will no longer work (since it patches the elf file that the game uses to boot, making PCSX2 see it as a different game) so make a regular memory card save before using it.
