Someone stole it ?

Does software mode fix the issue ? Also maybe try the latest development build with higher blending unit accuracy and accurate date enabled ? (Possibly it's not related ...)

To rule it out, try updating your PCSX2 GIT version. I had a similar missing tyres regression in GT4 with a recent GIT version, which has been fixed now.
