Texture Filtering Digimon World 4
so ive been having this problem with Digimon world 4 where there are coloured-ish lines around the text when using Bilinear(Forced) or excluding sprite. 

is there a way to fix this problem , the reason im asking is because if i used nearest or Bilinear (PS2), the quality goes down and the edges become a big jagged 

Specs : 

Amd Fx6300 6-Core overclocked to 5.0Ghz
GTX 960 
8 GB Ram

Using PCSX2 1.5.0-DEV-2115-GF8787ca

latest build as of 6/6/17 i guess

It is either extra filtering with glitches or lower quality.
