Texture Issue SOLVED! (P3FES, Tales of the Abyss,etc)

Hey guys, I've been playing Tales of the Abyss, and I noticed an issue in in both this game and in P3FES. Every 10 minutes or so, the textures become really weird. https://ibb.co/tqdtdKF When I change literally anything in the plugin settings, the game looks normal, but without fail, it eventually goes back to this at some point. I really don't know what to do to fix this issue permanently. https://ibb.co/W0fVxB2 This is my settings page. When this happens, i go to config>video>plugin settings, and even if I don't change anything, and press OK, the game goes back to normal. But I would like to fix this permanently. Try the half pixel offset option in the advanced GSdx settings.
