I have an i3 4330 and 7970 ghz

The game runs fine besides the texture issue; It happens with the default settings too.

Give the latest git version a try.
If it still doesn't help, then please make a proper bug report

Please test as well clamping modes set to full and extra + preserve sign for EE and VU.

Can you please check if the problem persists using ZeroGS?
