Texture dump

Hello pcsx2 forums

I'm curious as if there's any possible way to dump textures as emulators for other platforms (i.e. Dolphin for the Gamecube) can do. I'm recreating a level from .hack//INFECTION (one of the dungeons) in NetRadiant (quake engine mapping tool) and I'd like to get my hands on some of the textures to play with them and see how my creations look.
