Texture glitches...help...

Hi;

I'm getting these weird texture glitches when I play any game.
My frame rate and all is perfect but, these texture problem looks like the textures are jumping all over the screen and streching weirdly...
The textures also jump around when the camera moves, in game and in cut scenes.

I attached a sample of what I get in Dark Cloud 1 in game and a intro video shot.
I get the same type of problem when I play Shadow of the Colossus in the image near the bridge you can see the strange texture problem.

Please help.

I have an
i7 2.7GHz
4GB DDR3 RAM
Geforce GTS 250 1GB DDR3 Graphix card

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.

• Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
  
• The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  
• Any non default settings you are using.
  
• What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

OK here's everything...

PC specs:
CPU: Core i7 2.7GHz
GPU: Geforece GTS250 1GB DDR3
RAM: 4GB DDR3
OS: Win 7

PCSX2 version: 0.9.7.2416(svn) Jan 9 2010

Image of Plugins attached: all run on default settings. (Updated)
BIOS: USA v2.0

I'm trying to play (All are ISO):
Dark Cloud 1 (might play Dark Cloud 2 someday)
Shadow of the Colossus

erase all this. It's old and unsupported.
download latest stable from our site instead.
