Textures appearing green and other colours

Hey, I'm having an issue, I'm trying to run Burnout 3 on PCSX2 1.4 and i managed to get optimal settings, skybox working 100% speed and such, but i keep having an issue where i will boot the game, and textures, most commonly the windows of cars, and the sky, are tinted a green blue or purple colour. This will happen after i get it working well, and i don't change settings between sessions. I'm using OGL (Hardware) and use the Hardware to software fix to get the skybox to work for Burnout 3, i haven't used any other ISO's so i am unsure if this will happen in other games.
Specs are: 
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060
16gb of ram
Razer 7 Core

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

Please make sure to enclose your emulog in code tags like so (remove the empty space on the closing code tag!):

Ok, new development, if i start the game in software mode, i can then change to hardware mode and it works fine...
Is this the only work around?

on 1.4.0, yes
using a git build may help (maybe with ogl renderer), but i can't guarantee, since i don't own this game and can't test it
