sound problem goes away with zeroSPU2.
I attached the latest one I have
(note it might be a little slower. I can't help that)

ok well i got a new porblem for you
1 the sound isn't slow it's choppy
2 my gameplay runs pretty smooth but the cutscenes are in fast forward

well.. at least the beeping stopped..
I used to play the game at 15-20 fps, so I'm jut going to advise playing around with settings until you find something you like.
