Are you positive that you have the newest version of DirectX? As in the March 2009 version? aka that ->http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/detai...laylang=en
EDIT: Also, please use the search feature. There has been numerous threads about this problem. Just because it's not on page 1 doesn't mean that it's not there.

If you really have the newest directx then you must have file with name d3dx9_41.dll in your
C:\WINDOWS\system32
directory.

try updating with dx redist Smile
Windows 7 64bit
