The Getaway usa is slow

i have pcsx2 1.4.0 
and wanna play the getaway 
its slow and the sound is slow 
i got this laptop

The Getaway won't ever run smoothly on that laptop. You'll have to keep playing it on your PS2 for now.

i can play pokemon stadium
i wanna play games like gta, getaway, true crime serie .(free roming games)
