The Godfather PCSX2 issues

When I load the game, there's graphical issues, like a orange bar at the bottom. When I fix the graphical issue with more rendering threads, my game runs slow. My specs clarify that the game should run fine with certain settings, any suggestions?

Specs:
Ryzen 5 4500u, Radeon Vega 6 Graphics, 16gb LPDDR4x 4266mhz ram

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.
