The Sims Urbz bug, no text in phone

I was playing the sims urbz then I see my phone doesnt work like I was playing in PS 2 then. The text are missing so I cannot read or click on anything. I have read thread that experiencing the same as me but I couldnt understand what to do to fix this (im attaching the url below). Please help me.

Go to Config->GS->Plugin Settings and change the Renderer at the top to "OpenGL (Hardware)"
