Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

tried from your original DVD instead of iso ?
do you get the same problem on your real PS2 console ?

If the issue doesn't happen while using the disc, then you need to rerip it using imgburn. Something must've gone wrong the first time you ripped the image.
