I think that i am going to get a 9600gt, And it was a stupid mistake that made me use the null setting that was fixed though. LOL thanks guys

Any of the renamed versions of the nvidia 8800 gpu would be the best choice for a budget-concious person.

9800GT / 9800GTX /9800GTX+

That is still a very weak card.
You'd want at least an 8800GT for 8xxx series or a 9600GT for 9xxx series

I do not have a PCI Express Slot only AGP will that work and if so which card would you recommend for AGP?

Whats the cheapest one and whats the most expensive

It is best not to spend or rather waste money on an agp video card. The best is probably hd 3850 (or 3870 can't remember). The card should be fine with pcsx2 though your cpu may not.
