For pcsx2 definitely i5 680 will be the best choice of all cpus at the moment, but it's only 2 cores and socket 1156 is a dead end, there is nothing better you can upgrade i5 680 for and probably won't be ever. If you want something more future proof go for amd phenom II X4 965.

Oh!!! Why intel is so so expensive, so it is better than AMD??
Intel i5 six core is 999$ , OK, what if i baught this:
AMD Phenom II X2 555 Black Edition Callisto 3.2GHz 2 x 512KB L2 Cache 6MB L3 Cache Socket AM3 80W Dual-Core Desktop Processor - C3 Revision HDZ555WFGMBOX
I will buy it, is it good for pcsx2? Fast? As i can't buy the intel one it is expensive and my family wont buy either.

There is no i5 hexacore. It's called the i7 980x.
Looks like both the i5 and phenom II 965 are out of your reach.
If you must get a phenom II X2, get a mobo that has the core unlock function.
You might be able to turn it into a triple or quad core.

It would not work because It's a different socket. (775 on your mobo)
You would need a different mobo as well.
Socket am3 or socket am2+ if you want to be able to use your old ddr2 ram.

Intel is so expensive because it haven't had much competition on market for a long time and you are paying for brand not for real speed of cpu. Since amd appeared intel lost much of it's customers (like me
) but still not enough to became normal company so to have equal to amd cpu from intel you have to pay at least 2 times more for it.
To be honest there is no more sensible choice for pcsx2 than phenom II X2 555, and if you'll get a good mainboard to it you will be able to upgrade your cpu in the future for some change. Generally u can't go better than that at the moment. Just remember that you will need a good graphics card at least mid-range class to get this cpu to run 100%. Something like radeon 5770 or geforce 460 will be alright.
Edit: Fastest cpu that might work on ur motherboard might be an Intel Core2 Duo E7600 3,06GHz, but it still be slow, specially with 667MHz ram.
