The console window is resized

Is this only here(it's kinda annoying)or this is how it works.

I maximize the console window while testing because the console contains useful information(the game window is not maximized)

1.I I maximize the console and the close pcsx2,the next time the console will be at maximized size but not maximized.

2.If I close pcsx2 while the console if not maximized,the next time the console will also be at the same size but placed little to the right and bottom.

3.If I maximize the console,then minimize it and close pcsx2,the next time the console will be placed little to the right and bottom.
