You need the x86 2013 one. This one exactly:

http://download.microsoft.com/download/2...st_x86.exe

Gaming Rig: Intel i7 6700k @ 4.8Ghz | GTX 1070 TI | 32GB RAM | 960GB(480GB+480GB RAID0) SSD | 2x 1TB HDD

At this point what you are describing is impossible.

So, there must be some bit of information that you don't know and haven't provided.

Your error message actually means UNKNOWN_SOFTWARE_EXCEPTION.STATUS_INVALID_CRUNTIME_PARAMETER

It can be caused by many different things. But at this point there is nothing I can tell you. If you are absolutely sure you installed the proper visual C runtimes.

Oh, and what version of PCSX2? Older ones need different runtimes. And make sure you are using the builds from our site. And try running as administrator. Try disabling antivirus, or excluding PCSX2.

well I solved the problem , I deleted the file ar in langs files , and then it worked... and you saying that what am I describing is impossible , but that did actually happen , I guess you need to fix some stuff related to the arabic language in this emulator

It was impossible, because on post 8 of this thread, you said you did that with deleting the arabic language files, and it didn't work. So, beyond that point we were under the false pretense that that was not the problem.

yeh the ar_SA folder was actually correct, but the ar one wasn't which is what was causing your crash.
