The game is to slow in 0.9.7 in my pc my friends I don't know why?!
Its just like slowmotion

CPU is core 2 duo 2.53 GHz
ssse3 ,sse2 and sse4.1 all are available on my system
Memory 4.00 GB
Graphic card: NVIDIA GeForce 9600M GT

your GPu is a bit weak for this game.
try seting gsdx internal res to native.
it may help.
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070

Gpu = your vgacard. To improve it by overclock/set native res at gsdx plugin as jesalvin already told you or just buy better vgacard than yours.

the gpu is fine guys... since hes just running 2.53ghz on stock that wont do.. as bositman tells me before.. pcsx2 runs faster as u o.c. more.. and i able to finish FFX with 3.45ghz almost full speed but in some parts i run slow.. but great

1st, the gpu would be fine if it wasn't a mobile one.
2nd, 3.45ghz ? and still some slowdowns in FFX ? I really wonder what you missed in your config, there...

Vgacard 9600GM for Laptop isnt same as 9600GT for Desktop because only has half core shader (45shader) and with low clock gpu too.
