The specified bios cannot be found

my specs are 2.80ghz and a geforce 7600 graphics card. Im an administrator so that wouldnt be a problem im on a windows xp/
whenever I start the iso up it reads the error the specified bios cannot be found and I have the iso in the directory folder, im trying to use killzone which i got from my ps2 disc. what do I do? ive tried everything and im about to give up, yes i know ive set it up correctly.

it's asking for a bios, not a cDVD, check your bios directories and fix them

what do you mean? i thought it needed a iso, so an iso is a cDVD? and also, how do I fix my iso?

nope.
you need to dump the bios from your ps2 to use the emulator.
