What about automatic gamefixes? Are they enabled?

Have you tried different renderers(ogl, dx11)?
Are you sure that you are using your dGPU and not your iGPU. How confident are you concerning your gpu drivers?

Please check status of zerogs as gs renderer instead of gsdx.

I have tried the latest stable release too, and tried disabling autogamefixes

I am using my dGPU yeah not my iGPU
