Thread Creation failure on startup

crashes before it makes any logs, this started out of nowhere while I was playing god hand, came back after a relaunch and it wasn't working. I have deleted everything, reinstalled, used the dev builds... it just gives me this error every time, is there something else interfering with it maybe, any ideas on how to fix this?
