Time crisis crisis zone machine gun not shooting properly

ok so i tried time crisis crisis zone on the emu
when i shoot, it doesnt shoot the bullets.
it doesnt damage WHILE shooting. it damages when you STOP shooting.
like 1 bullet is shot at the enemy
but the bullets are still getting deducted
plz help

This seems like a logic problem rather than video/audio. Tell us which hacks you're using (if any) and if you have changed the clamping and rounding modes.

How do you know that it doesn't make damage during shooting if you can't shoot?
I think you have to explain it better or with other words...

1. hardware
2. theres a health bar at the top of enemies and it doesnt show up when i shoot. it just shows at the end and doesnt do damage while shooting. the health bar shud decrease while shooting and at the end, but it only decreases and shows at the end but as if its only shot one bullet.
