Toggle On Screen Overlay

Hi, from time to time I get a weird overlay on my screen that displays game statistics.  This seems to happen after saving to a quicksave slot.  I have attached a picture of what it looks like.  Any ideas on how to toggle this on/off?  Thank you.

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.
