Tokyo Xtreme Racer 3 "X-Ray" Graphics Issue

I downloaded PSCX2 yesterday. And download Tokyo Xtreme Racer 3. Problem is, everything looks like I'm looking through a X-Ray device. First I deleted SSE4 Qt and downloaded AVX2 Qt (Both were ver. 1.7.3). And then I deleted theme game and dowloaded using another source. I made the game worse. Now game sounds like I'm rewatching game with camera with slow motion effect on. My laptops specs are:
Intel i7 10750H processor
16 GB RAM
NVIDIA 6GB 2060 RTX graphics card

What I should I do?
