Amount of testing done (little/medium/much/completed-game): much
Comments:
Works good, speed is 55-60 fps with just recommended speedhacks but it jumps to about 100 fps when I set EE Cyclerate Reduce to 3 (and it doesn't cause stuttering in this this game's FMVs). I'm currently halfway through the fourth mission and didn't encounter anything critical or game breaking so far. Broken thermal visor is negligible since you'd hardly ever need it. Should be given "playable" status unless the initial tester got past the fourth mission and found something game breaking. Oh, and bind the R-stick to mouse - you would need to move the camera and aim very often.
Bugs:
Thermal visor is broken - screen is just covered with dense blue tint when it's active. Small halo around bright objects (such as Sam's googles). There're also barely visible vertical stripes on the sky in the first mission. None of these bugs exists is GSdx Software mode but speed drops to about 30-35 fps in this mode.

Darker gameplay requires brightness increments from Game Option “Option > Shadow Calibration” for better graphic looking. Bugs: # Misalignment blooming on Lighting/Goggle @ Hardware Mode. Fixed by; Half-pixel Offset: Normal (Vertex)
