To avoid the spreading of false information, so far all vertical lines that were fixed weren't related to the depth. However if you break the depth rendering, you have a high probability to break others draws call that might draw unsupported stuff.

Could someone do a test on my dev branch (gow-depth-support)? And generate me a gs if the vertical line still exits in HW (but not in SW).

i think the engine this uses is fine in OGL now ( I tried Tony Hawks Project 8 ), the game has other issues in hardware mode which are texture cache problems I believe, but the lines are gone. I will confirm this later tonight.
