Comments: Experiences fps dips randomly, whether you're in a busy area of the stage or not. Framerate is even worse at menu screen. But everything else is working fine, FMV's too.

Bugs: some texture-flickering/warping in stage overview's, but nothing else too concerning.

Based on experience with the other Tony Hawk games, it's probably not random. It actually dips most when the camera is aimed towards the middle of the map.

Did this occur with both Software and Hardware renderers? You did not specify which GSdx settings you used, please add any non-default settings you used.

The framerate dips do occur in more detailed stages, but it is worth noting that it's especially horrid in the main menu. Thankfully, the game only drops to 45fps~ instead of low 30's and high 20's. The best way to gauge framerate performance is the Foundry level - lot of stuff being rendered there.

Sorry, I forgot to specify that I used the default DX11 (hardware) GSdx plugin when doing the initial testing. Native resolution settings, though bumping it up or using a custom resolution made no difference to the fps dips. I tried all possible plugin settings, and the results are basically the same all across the board.
